Online event feedback - basic features

Comprehensive event feedback survey set up as standard - modification to text is part of setup, and we are always happy to provide expert help in creating surveys for your particular needs.
Administrators have access to results in real time through Lodeseeker™ reports
Features for administrators:

Choice of anonymous survey completion or known (eg respondents identified by memberID - can be linked to our membership management system)
Demographics can be agreed during setup (ie what do you want to know about your respondents? Gender, location, industry, academic background....)
Results can be viewed via an Administrator login in real time
Multiple identical surveys can be compared longitudinally
Continuous data input via "sliders" allows statistical analyses if required

Features for respondents:

Clear, easy to understand questions made relevant by individualised setup
"Slider" mechanism doesn't force the respondent to choose absolute categories

Conditions (basic package):

If the survey is used 'as is' then there is minimal setup required. The setup fee will depend on the amount of modification and customisation required.
Price is a combination of setup costs and annual hosting costs so it is difficult to quote a standard. Please contact us to discuss.
At the end of the contract, data will be loaded onto an Access database which will be emailed/sent (on request)

Bespoke development

It is always possible to discuss individual requirements. Additional work to develop the system to suit your organisation will be priced depending on what is required. This will be charged as a separate "setup" fee in addition to the annual hosting cost.
